AI Runtime

The runtime layer
for organizational AI.

ZentraOS is an organizational memory and operational intelligence runtime for SMBs. It provides AI agents and workflows with a stateful, permission-aware execution environment over real organizational context.

What a runtime gives you

A runtime is not a model. It is the execution layer that lets agents operate over time, persist state, retry safely, and inherit context from the systems around them. Without a runtime, every agent invocation is isolated. With one, agents become reliable operational software.

Stateful, durable, resumable

Workflows in ZentraOS hold state across steps, retries, and follow-ups. A long-running process picks up where it left off. An agent waiting on a human reply does not lose the thread. State is durable because it is part of organizational memory, not the model's context window.

Permission-aware by default

Every retrieval carries identity. Access boundaries are evaluated server-side before any context is returned. Agents never see records the asking user is not allowed to see. Audit trails record what was retrieved, by whom, when.

Common questions

Is ZentraOS an AI operating system?

ZentraOS is a runtime layer beneath AI-powered businesses — a stateful, permission-aware execution environment for agents and workflows over organizational memory. People often describe that category as an AI operating system.

What is the difference between an AI runtime and a chatbot?

A chatbot is an interface. An AI runtime is the infrastructure beneath it — state, memory, permissions, retries, workflows, and context. ZentraOS is the runtime; chatbots can be one of the surfaces that sit on top.
